The Fleet

We run on the model we sell.

Agentic Navy runs on a fleet of agents. They research, map processes, draft, build, and watch what is running. None of them decides anything a client would want a person answerable for.

That last line is the design principle. The question in every engagement is never whether to use agents. It is which work they take, which calls stay human, and how you know afterwards what each one did. Get that wrong and you have automated your mistakes. Get it right and judgement, the scarce thing, stops being spent on work that never needed it.

Nine agents plus the human seat. The numbering follows the work sequence: material comes in, gets explored, diagnosed, judged, drafted, built, watched, governed, coordinated.

  • DK-01 Dock. Takes in everything that comes aboard: audio, documents, images, notes. Leaves it transcribed, normalized and classified, traceable back to the original.

  • SC-02 Scout. Watches the field and scouts ahead of every engagement: models, vendors, regulation, the client itself. Passes on what changes a decision and drops the rest.

  • MP-03 Mapper. Takes a process apart piece by piece and marks where the real work gets lost.

  • NV-04 Navigator. Works options against constraints and builds the case against a recommendation before it gets made. The final call always stays with the consultant.

  • SY-05 Scribe. Drafts and assembles the deliverables: memos, reports, proposals. Keeps the record of what was decided and why. Nothing reaches a client without review and sign-off.

  • EN-06 Engineer. Builds the agents, the integrations, and the evaluations they answer to.

  • SG-07 Signal. Watches what is running, in our own fleet and in what was deployed for a client: cost, failures, drift.

  • WD-08 Warden. Sets what can leave for the cloud, what gets anonymized, and which agent holds which permission over each client's data. The record of who touched what.

  • CX-09 Command. Assigns work, coordinates between agents, and keeps shared state. It's an agent, not the human seat.

Anyone selling agentic work should be able to answer three questions. What runs on agents in their own operation. Which decisions stay with a person. What record exists of what each agent did.
